<br /> <br /> <br />Item Description: <br /> <br />Request by the City of Roseville to approval a revised <br />the vacation of certain utility and drainage easements at Applewood Pointe <br />of Roseville (PF3602). <br /> <br />1.0 BACKGROUND: <br /> <br />l.l On October 25,2004, the Roseville City Council approved the request by United <br />Properties for PRELIMINARY & FINAL PLAT, EASEMENT V ACA TION, and FINAL <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN CONSISTENCY regarding PHASE II of Applewood Pointe. <br /> <br />1.2 Since that date the City Attorney (Eric Hedtke) has been notified that the approved <br />resolution included an inconect legal description, which document is necessary to <br />eliminate the subject utility and drainage easement. <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY of RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />3.1 The City Planner has revised the legal description per the request of the City Attorney and <br />seeks the Council's support for4 adoption of the conected version, subject to the same <br />condition of approval on October 25, 2004. <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br /> <br />3.l ADOPT A RESOLUTION VACATING the UTILITY & DRAINAGE EASEMENT <br />over Lot 19, Applewood Pointe of Arona. <br /> <br />PF3602_RCA_013105.doc Page I of I <br />
