members were present: Schroeder, Kough, were absent: None and Klausing Member Kough introduced the resolution and moved RESOLUTION NO. 10263 A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR BOATERS OUTLET, 1705 COUNTY ROAD C (PF3603). WHEREAS, Boaters Outlet has requested an interim use permit to allow seasonal and service storage on the eastern portion of property addressed as 1705 County Road C; and WHEREAS, l705 County Road C is generally described at as: That part of Section 4, Township 29, Range 23, except the North 1446feet northerly of the road right- of-way, of the If/est 500feet or the West 1576feet of the Southeast 1::, subject to road and easements. PID# 04-29-23-43-0007 WHEREAS, Section 1012.09A and B stipulated the requirements necessary to obtain an interim use permit; and WHEREAS, Boaters Outlet proposes store boats seasonally and for service on the premises and within a secure fenced area; and WHEREAS, the Roseville Plmming Commission held a public hearing regarding the interim use permit request of Boaters Outlet and recommended (5-1) to approve the request, based on the comments outlined in Section 5 and the conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated ll/03/04. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Boaters Outlet an interim use permit consistent with Section lOl2.09 A and B of the Roseville City Code allowing seasonal and service boat storage at l705 County Road C based on the comments in Section 5 of the project report dated November 22, 2004, and the following conditions: 1. 100% Opaque fencing or chain link with slats must be installed to replace the fencing adjacent to County Road C and for l6 feet along the east propelty line (see attached diagram). 2. No outdoor display, signage on boats or storage of boats is permissible within the front yard and the front parking lot and all boats parked there currently must be removed form the parking lot to the storage area. 1
