<br /> <br />to a <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day of November 2004, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The following members were present: Schroeder, Kough, Maschka, Ihlan and Klausing <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Kough introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10263 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR BOATERS OUTLET, <br />1705 COUNTY ROAD C (PF3603). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Boaters Outlet has requested an interim use permit to allow seasonal and service <br />storage on the eastern portion of property addressed as 1705 County Road C; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, 1705 County Road C is generally described at as: <br /> <br />That part of Section 4, Township 29, Range 23, except the North 1446 feet northerly of the road right- <br />of-way, of the West 500feet or the West 1576 feet of the Southeast 12 , subject to road and easements. <br />PID# 04-29-23-43-0007 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1012.09A and B stipulated the requirements necessary to obtain an <br />interim use permit; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Boaters Outlet proposes store boats seasonally and for service on the premises and <br />within a secure fenced area; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing regarding the interim <br />use permit request of Boaters Outlet and recommended (5-l) to approve the request, based on the <br />comments outlined in Section 5 and the conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated ll/03/04. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Boaters <br />Outlet an interim use permit consistent with Section lOl2.09 A and B of the Roseville City Code <br />allowing seasonal and service boat storage at 1705 County Road C based on the comments in Section 5 <br />of the project report dated November 22,2004, and the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. 100% Opaque fencing or chain link with slats must be installed to replace the fencing <br />adjacent to County Road C and for 16 feet along the east property line (see attached <br />diagram). <br /> <br />2. No outdoor display, signage on boats or storage of boats is permissible within the front <br />yard and the front parking lot and all boats parked there cun-ently must be removed form <br />the parking lot to the storage area. <br /> <br />1 <br />
