They were then asked, should the Council adopt legislation that allows the <br />storage of boats and campers in the front yard? One Council member strongly objected to <br />the way this question was worded believing that "front yard" was too broad, which <br />prompted the question to be re-worded and asked again in the 2001 Citizen survey.
