ROSEVILLE'S BEST NEW NEIGHBORHOOD: (DENNIS)

NEIGHBORHOOD:

It The Council is committed to making Twin Lakes a high-profile Roseville
neighborhood with shopping, dining, housing, recreation and office development
coordinated and integrated.

It Roseville has been working on its master plan since 1985. Now with the support
and recognition by Federal, State and Regional leaders and development partners,
the master plan is becoming a reality.

It Secure Computing has an opportunity to take part in shaping the vision for the
new 3 phase, $400 million Twin Lakes Neighborhood. As mentioned, a high
technology presence has been part of the master plan. The mix of office, retail
and residential in the high profile area of 35W and Hwy 36 will create a new
gateway to the community and a new quality neighborhood that looks to improve
the area environmentally and aesthetically.

It The proposed site for Secure Computing will have a presence to 35W as well as
walking distance to new shopping, dining and passive recreation. Langton Lake
and its pathways provide a great noon time or after work walking or jogging trail
and connect into other trails at Centre Pointe and at County Road C.

It Secure employees will be treated as residents part of our 8 to 12 hour residence
program. Secure employees and clients can park on the site and expand on the
site.

It The recent selection ofRottlund Companies and David Bernard Homes as the
master developer along with Ryan and Roseville Properties and a host of other
developers will provide the needed investment to see the high quality
development expected become reality.

It In addition, Twin Lakes has been recognized by federal, state and regional
funding agencies (EP A, HUD, Metro Council, and ULI) with over $1 million
invested and committed to the redevelopment of the area over the past 3 years.

3.
