The scope of our work included the following: <br /> <br />. Perform vibration monitoring at select distances from the primary and secondary rock <br />crushing activities. <br />. SunIDlarize the results of our services in a written report. <br /> <br />Our <br /> <br />on this <br /> <br />was authorized by Mr. Scott Spisak of Shafer Contracting Co., Inc., <br /> <br />(Shafer), on November 30, 2004. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND INFORMATION <br /> <br />The Shafer pit is located at 12500 Rich Valley Boulevard in Rosemount, Mimlesota. Current <br />activities within the gravel pit include recycling of concrete and other construction related <br /> <br />Il1aterials. This recycling is conlpleted by routillg t11e material t11foug11 a prin1ary rock crus11er and <br /> <br />a secondary rock crusher. Shafer indicated that future recycling projects using this method may <br /> <br />
