VARIANCE to Section 1009.08D (Type & Gross Surface of Signs in B, <br />SC and I Districts) allowing 310 sq. ft. oftotal sign age including 240 sq. it on the <br />pylon sign and 35 sq. ft. on each of the ground signs, based on the findings Section <br />5 and the conditions of Section 6 of project report dated December 1, 2004. <br /> <br /> <br />8.0 NEXT STEPS: <br /> <br />8.1 The decision by the Variance Board will be sent to those property owners located within <br />the 350 foot notification area. <br /> <br />8.2 The decision by the Variance Board is final unless an appeal is filed.
