The City Planner has determined that it is <br />reasonable to replace and relocate the existing pylon sign at Rosedale Square with a new <br />pylon sign that is tasteful and more in keeping with a monument sign; relocating the new <br />pylon sign near the intersection of Lincoln Drive and County Road C; construction two <br />new monument signs, each 14 feet in height which will afford all tenants varying degrees <br />of signage critical to their livelihood. The Staff has determined that the property can <br />be put to a reasonable use under the official controls if an AMENDED & <br />EXPANDED V ARIAl~CE to Section 1009 is granted, <br /> <br />5.11 The pli2:ht ofthe landowner is due to circumstances unique to the property not <br />created bv the landowner: The Rosedale Square property is unique. The proposal further seeks to <br />construct two additional free-standing ground mounted (monument) signs 14 feet in <br />height and 72 sq. ft. in sign area signage that provide the customer with identification at <br />well seen vantage points along Lincoln Drive and County Road C.
