Currently the <br />garage is a 20' x 20' only allows usage of storage of 1 vehicle and miscellaneous <br />yard tools. The intended use of the additional space will be for the parking of 2 <br />vehicles and for providing shelter the use of loading/unloading a handicapped <br />person. It also allows us to extend the kitchen into the garage space to allow <br />more access in the kitchen for the whee! chair. <br /> <br />The hardship relief comes to property by eliminating the need for a yard shed <br />and the appearance of the property by providing enclosed parking and storage. <br /> <br />Variances #2 <br /> <br />Increase in ratio of building and driveway etc. to yard or green space. <br /> <br />Plot 10873' square feet <br />Building with proposed addition 3100' square feet <br />Driveway and side walk of approximately 1200' square feet <br /> <br />Construction would eliminate some of the current walk way and no additional <br />driveway or sidewalk will be add through this construction project. <br /> <br />The addition of a front foyer would allow the accessibility for whee! chair <br />operation both from the front entrance and the garage entrance. <br /> <br />Summary <br /> <br />The granting of these variances will not affect the intriguer of the neighborhood or <br />the appearance of the existing building. We have taken care in planning the <br />addition so not to change the style of the existing structure. <br />
