<br /> <br /> <br />Document# 3834350 <br />Recorded 02/17120051600 <br />County Recorder, Ramsey County, MN <br />5.1.4 14870 <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VARIANCE BOARD OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Variance Board of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day of January, 2005 at 5:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Chair Bakeman and Members Boerigter and <br />Dohelty. <br /> <br />Variance Board Member Doherty introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />VB RESOLUTION NO. 11 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 88 FOOT SETBACK VARIANCE TO SECTION <br />1004.01A7 (LOCATION) OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR DANIEL STEMM, <br />3117 OW ASSO BOULEVARD WEST (PF3621) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Daniel Stemm has requested a VARIANCE to Section 1004.01A7 (Setback <br />Location) of the Roseville City Code to allow the construction of a 626 sq. ft. detached accessory <br />building (garage) addition 32 feet from the front property line; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Stemm property is located at 3177 Owasso Boulevard West, and legally <br />described as: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 1, Minnesota Realty Co's Addition <br />PIN 02-29-31-11-0030 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, 10004.01A7 requires an accessory building to be setback the same or greater <br />distance than the principal structure from the front property line on single family zoned property, <br />or the case of the Stemm parcel 120 feet; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Stemm lot has an existing house which is set back 120 feet from the <br />front propelty line and the proposed accessory structure could not be placed along side or in the <br />rear yard because of topography, slope, vegetation, and impervious coverage of additional <br />driveway; and <br /> <br />/-3 <br /> <br />$ <br />
