<br /> <br /> <br />" <br />.) <br />4 <br />5 <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />OF OF <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 201 OF THE CITY CODE BY <br />SECTION 201.04, TERM OF CHAIR PERSON. <br /> <br />7 The City Council of Roseville ordains: <br /> <br />8 Title 2, Commissions, Section 201.04, of the City Code is hereby amended <br />9 and shall read as follows: <br /> <br />10 201.04: ORGANIZATION: <br /> <br />11 A. Officers: The Council shall appoint one of the members to act as chairperson. The <br />12 Community Development Director or designee shall act as the Planning Commission's <br />13 secretary. <br />14 B. Tenn: The ten11 of the chairperson shall be for one year. The chairperson shall either be <br />15 reappointed or replaced by the City Council at the first regular City CO'cll1cil moeting of <br />16 each calendar year at the last regular City Council meeting of March, effective April!, <br />17 during each calendar year. <br />18 C. Additional Officers and Committees: The Planning Commission may elect such other <br />19 officers as may be necessary and may give the chairperson authority to appoint committees <br />20 if such appointments should become necessary. <br />21 <br /> <br />22 Section 2. Publication. The City Clerk shall publish the title of this ordinance and the <br />23 official summary in the official newspaper of the City with notice that a printed copy ofthe <br />24 ordinance is available for inspection by any person during regular office hours at the Office of the <br />25 City Clerk. <br /> <br />26 <br /> <br />27 Section 3. Effective date.
