Application Submitted: January 28,2005. <br />. Determined Complete: February 1,2005. <br />. 60-day review deadline: April I ,2005. <br />. Project Report Recommendation: March 2,2005. <br />. Variance Board Hearing/Action: March 2,2005. <br /> <br />2.0 SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDATION: <br /> <br />2.1 The Community Development Department recommends approval of the following: <br /> <br />a. A 3, 5 and 9 foot VARIANCE to Section 1004.016 <br />b. A 22 foot and a 5,172 sq. ft. VARIANCE to Section 1016.14B <br />c. A 39 foot VARIANCE to Section 1016.16A <br />d. A 143 sq. ft.
