Waiting Area, along the Bus Route as writing by Bquitab1e stops lor Busses; IS (ill) No Busses shaD. washed, repaired or part of Rosedale, including, without limitation, the Waiting Area, except, hOWever; in an emergency and then only those :repairs shall made which are necessary to allow removal of the Bus from Rosedale; (iv) No adverttsing or notices (other than Signage as provided in Section 2.S hereof) shall be placed, allowed or maintained on any of the Transit Facilities except advertisIng of Rosedale or of or by lessees or occupants of Rosedale, and then only with the prior written approval of Equitable, and any advertising not so approved shall be removed u.pon written notice given by Equitable to the RTB; and (v) All Busses 'shall use the Transit Fadllties only lor the transportation and unloading and loading of passengers, and no Bus shall park in the Waiting Area for time durations in excess of the time needed to load and unload passengers and to maintain or achieve the time schedule fur the then route of that Bus. 3.8. Operating Agreeme1}!. Anything herein to the contrary notwithstanding, it is understood and agreed that the use of the Transit Facilities under and pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to the terms, conditions and provisions of the Restatement of Operath,)g Agreeme1lt dated July 24, 1976 and filed in the office of the Registrar of ntles, Ramsey County, Minnes~ as Document No. 622318, and filed in the office of the County Recorder, Ramsey County, Minnesota, as.'DQcwnent No. 1931872, as the same is now or hereafter amended (said ReStatement of Operating Agreemen~ as now or hereafter amended, is herein caned the "Operating Agreement").
