<br /> <br />Development <br />651-792-7005 + fax: 651-792-7070 <br /> <br />March 18, 2005 <br /> <br />Mr. Jeff O'Meara <br /> <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Barona Setback Permit Approval, 1655 Stanbridge, PF3633. <br /> <br />Dear Mr. O'Meara: <br /> <br />On Thursday, March 17,2005, the Development Review Committee (DRC) held the hearing regarding <br />your request for a 6 foot Setback Pennit to allow construction of an addition to a bathroom to the front of <br />the Robert Barona house located at 1655 Stanbridge. The new bathroom "bump-out" addition to the front <br />bedroom would lie no closer than 24 feet to the front yard (west) property line, encroaching up to 6 feet <br />into the required front yard setback, and be 8 feet in width along the west wall of the existing bedroom. <br /> <br />At the hearing Members of the DRC reviewed your proposal and recommended that the 6 foot Setback <br />Permit be granted with conditions. <br /> <br />The purpose ofthis letter is to inform you that I concur with the reasoning set fOlth by the DRC and have <br />approved your Setback Pennit. I also concur with the DRC conditions attached to the Setback Permit, <br />which conditions are as follows: <br /> <br />)-- The "bump-out" bathroom addition of 6' x 8 wide' be limited to a maximum front yard <br />encroachment of 6 feet and no closer than 24 feet to the front yard (west) property line. <br /> <br />)-- Exteriors siding materials are to match or compliment the existing materials.
