The DRC reviews all development-related submittals such as commercial or industrial <br />site plans, platting or subdivisions, zoning amendments, conditional use pennits, variances, and <br />vacations of public easements and forwards data and recommendations to the Parks Commission, <br />Planning Commission and City Council where applicable. The DRC also reviews applications <br />for Setback Pennits. The DRC may recommend issuance of building permits for all projects that <br />involve permitted uses and meet all of the requirements of the zoning section of the Rosevllle <br />City Code. <br /> <br /> <br />The DRC is appointed by the City Manager and cunently consists of representatives of the <br />departments of Administration, Community Development, Police, Engineering/Public Works, <br />Streets and Utilities and Parks and Recreation. <br /> <br />In the case of a Setback Pern1it, the DRC holds the hearing and makes a recommendation on the <br />request, usually with conditions, to the Community Development Director. The Community <br />Development Director makes the final decision within seven business days of the hearing. This <br />decision can be appealed within 10 days of the date of action granting the Setback Pel111it by <br />filing a written appeal to the City Councilor City Manager. An appeal is processed under the <br />Board of Appeals procedure listed in Section 1014.04 of the Roseville City Code. <br />
