The Board and staff recommend <br />one written notice to property owners within 350 feet. On the notice would be the time and <br />date of the healing and the process and time limits for appeals ofthe Variance Board <br />decisions. <br /> <br />1.2 On April 6, 2005, the Planning Commission ~~~!?Jic heaI:~~~on~~his Pro,Q2sal. There <br />was !~-p!!!?lic cOJ:1!1ll~nt. The Planning Commission recommended approval 6-0, with <br />clarifying lallguage added to state that the appeal process will be explained on the mailed <br />notice. <br /> <br />1.3 Current code requires the staff to send out individualized notices before and after the <br />meeting. The "after meeting" notice explains the action taken by the Board and also explains <br />the appeal process.
