<br />-. <br />(':' <br /> <br />Document# 3921887 <br />Recorded 01/24/2006 1600 <br />County Recorder, Ramsey County, MN <br />5.4.1 102492A <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VARIANCE BOARD OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Variance Board of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of May, 2005, at 5:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Chair Bakeman and Members Pust, Boerigter <br />Doherty. <br /> <br />Variance Board Member Boerigter introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />VB RESOLUTION NO. 14 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCES TO SECTION 1009 OF THE OF <br />ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR TARGET CORPORATION AT 1515 AND 1495 <br />COUNTY ROADB (I'F3635) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Target Corporation has requested V ARIANCES to Section I009.03M <br />Roseville Cily Code to allow the installation of ground signs at the new Super Target and <br />Perkins; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, these properties are addressed as 1515 and 1495 County Road D, and <br />described as: I <br /> <br />Lot 1 & 2, Block 1, Roseville Business Park <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section l009.03M (Ground Signs) states: In lieu ofa pylon sign, a ground <br />sign would be permitted. Ground signs may be of equal sign area allowed for pylon signs in <br />same zoning district. Ground signs shall be limited to a maximum of eight feet in height. <br />Ground signs may be set back from street rights-of-way a distance equal to one half of the <br />setback (15 feet) for pylon signs in the same zoning district; and <br /> <br />1- f <br />
