<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />113 <br /> <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Dachtera: <br /> <br />On Wednesday, May 5, 2005, the Rosevil1e Variance Board approved your request for a <br />341 square foot variance to Section 1 004.01A6 (Maximum total Surface i\rea) and an 18 <br />foot variance to Section 1004.016 (Residential Dimensional Requirements-front Yard <br />Setback) of the Roseville City Code to allow for the construction of a house and attached <br />garage addition. As indicated in the attached Resolution approving your variance <br />requests (copy enclosed), this approval is contingent upon your compliance with the <br />conditions outline in the Resolution. This Resolution will also be filed by the City with <br />Ramsey County on your behalf. <br /> <br />After the appeal process (ten days) has expired on May 16t\ you or your contractor may <br />apply for a building permit.
