I have been out of the office and unable to review/respond to your <br />submittal until recently. However, your application was received on March 21,2005, which date <br />was well after the deadline for April 6, 2005, Planning Commission meeting. Further, I have <br />reviewed the application and determined that it is incomplete and cmmot be properly processed <br />without submission of additional information. Specifically, the VARIANCE & CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT applications require the submission of a written narrative. The VARIANCE <br />application narrative must detail the "hardships" or circumstances present to necessitate the <br />granting of a variance, which the CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT application narrative must <br />detail the proposed redevelopment, with particular attention to any modifications and limitations <br />been proposed that insure compatibility surrounding uses. information is <br />absent from the application and must be provided. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />I have tentatively scheduled your item to be considered at the May 4, 2005 PLA1\TNING <br />COMMISION meeting.
