Lexington Avenue <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />RE: Request for Variance of Section 1005.01 of Roseville City Code <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Smith: <br /> <br />On Wednesday, May 5,2005, the Roseville Variance Board approved your request for a <br />29 foot Variance to Section 1005.01 ofthe City Code to an ow for the relocation of an <br />existing pylon sign to within one foot of the property line adjacent to Lexington Avenue. <br /> <br />As indicated in the attached Resolution approving your variance request (copy enclosed), <br />this approval is contingent upon your compliance with the conditions outline in the <br />Resolution. This Resolution will also be filed, by the City, with Ramsey County on your <br />behalf. <br /> <br />After the appeal process (ten days) has expired on May 16th, you or your contractor may <br />apply for a sign permit.
