This will allow you <br />to have a two foot driveway setback from your neighbor to the east (Craig and Susan <br />Wageman). <br /> <br />Since the Wagemans have submitted a letter explaining that they have no reservations <br />with the setback, there is no appeal period. You may complete your driveway permit at <br />any time.
