Approve Consent Agenda <br /> There were no additional changes to the Consent Agenda than those previously noted. At <br /> the request of Mayor Roe, City Manager Patrick Trudgeon briefly reviewed those items <br /> being considered under the Consent Agenda; and as detailed in specific Requests for <br /> Council Action(RCA) and related attachments, dated January 26, 2015. <br /> a. Approve Business and Other Licenses and Permits <br /> Etten moved, McGehee seconded, approval/renewal of business and other licens- <br /> es and permits for terms as noted. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> c Award Contracts for Irrigation Replacements and Upgrades <br /> Etten moved, McGehee seconded, authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to en- <br /> ter into a contract with Mickman Brothers for irrigation replacements and up- <br /> grades as outlined for a cost of$215,815, pending final review and approval of <br /> documents by the City Attorney. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus, Laliberte, Etten, McGehee, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> d. Award Contract for Operation of a Clean-Up Day <br /> For the listening audience, Councilmember Laliberte noted the 2015 clean-up date <br /> is April 25, 2015. <br /> Mayor Roe noted the rates this year were the same if not somewhat lower than <br /> last year. <br />
