Applicants have three options available to obtain the <br />certified/abstractor's list. The first option is to request the information from Ramsey <br />County Records; the second option is to request the informatiou from a Title <br />Company; or the third option is to request the information from the City. Each option has a <br />charge the list and labels. If applicant must mark the front <br />of this application and pay the appropriate fee at the time of application submittal. <br /> <br />14. Narrative: Some Comprehensive amendments may represent relatively minor issues that <br />are slightly different from the written plan, but remain basically consistent with the intent of the <br />plan and its broader policy directives. Other amendments may represent significant changes in <br />major plan elements or policy. Obviously the nature and scope of the narratives in these two <br />cases will vary greatly. Applicants must submit a narrative. The applicant should <br />understand the nature of the proposed amendment and provide the necessary factual <br />information, impacts that such changes may have, and pertinent policy justification in <br />support of proposed Comprehensive Plan amendments.
