Required Notice: State Law published notice in a local paper a
m1l11l11Um days prior to a public hearing. State law also requires notice be mailed to
property owners 350 of the effected property. Both notices are prepared by the City
Roseville; the applicant is responsible providing the City with a certified list,
including two sets of mailing address labels of adjacent property owners within 350 feet of the
subject property. Applicants have three options available to obtain the
certified/abstractor's list. The first option is to request the information from Ramsey
County Records; the second option is to request the informatiou from a Title
Company; or the third option is to request the information from the City. Each option has a
charge the list and labels. If applicant must mark the front
of this application and pay the appropriate fee at the time of application submittal.

14. Narrative: Some Comprehensive amendments may represent relatively minor issues that
are slightly different from the written plan, but remain basically consistent with the intent of the
plan and its broader policy directives. Other amendments may represent significant changes in
major plan elements or policy. Obviously the nature and scope of the narratives in these two
cases will vary greatly. Applicants must submit a narrative. The applicant should
understand the nature of the proposed amendment and provide the necessary factual
information, impacts that such changes may have, and pertinent policy justification in
support of proposed Comprehensive Plan amendments. Planning staff members are
available to assist in identifying issues, examples, and applicable background.
