Our intention is to create two lot subdivisions separate <br />Tax Identification numbers prior to filing the final plat. This would allow us to close and <br />record the Warranty Deed for this property. We are not requesting a waiver of final site <br />plan approval, or approval of the final plat. <br /> <br /> <br />The legal description for Parcel A, "the condominium parcel", is attached on the <br />proposed legal description. The remnant parcel of that from the parcel split is also <br />outlined on the legal description described as Parcel B. <br /> <br />The legal description for the town home property is as follows: <br /> <br />Lots 6 through 12, inclusive Block 1, Garcelon's Addition to Sf. Paul, according to the <br />recorded plat thereof, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Together with the east half of the vacated alley in said Block 1 adjacent thereto lying <br />between the westerly extension of the north line of said Lot 6 and the westerly extension <br />of the south line of said Lot 12 Block 1, Garcelon's Addition to St. Paul. <br /> <br />Thomas, as I mentioned above, our intent is to create a deed that is recordable and to <br />close on the land prior to recording the final plat.
