The concerns are organized to focus on the mitigations. First listed is <br />part of the project needing shielding (parking lot, service area, patios, the building itself). <br />listed are the concerns associated with that part of the building. Listed last is that part of the <br />neighborhood that is most affected. Those items that have been addressed were included for <br />sake of completeness. In addressing these issues, I think the neighborhood and Club agree <br />that the solution has to be aesthetically pleasing and compatible with an R-l zoning.
