Specifically lighting shall include a downcast <br />type of lamp with a maximum of a half (Y2) of a foot-candle at the property line. <br />The code does not specifically regulate pole height. The staff has suggested use <br />of poles with a pedestrian friendly height, such as between 15 to 25 feet. <br /> <br />Future Proposed Developments or Modifications <br /> <br />2.25 Should Midland Hills propose to modify the existing structure by proposing an <br />addition, the City would review and approve the proposal through an <br />administrative process as long as it does not exceed 1,000 square feet of the <br />building (as proposed in Condition 3.15). <br /> <br />2.26 Any addition in excess of 10% of the building footprint, or any proposed parking <br />lot expansions, or proposed swimming pool or tennis facilities, will require a <br />public hearing and an amendment to the conditional use permit. <br /> <br />PF3178 - ReA (031300) Page 5 of 10 <br />
