<br /> <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />3.8 <br /> <br /> <br />measures <br /> <br />3.9 The Business District requirement for structure height is three (3) stories. <br />staff has determined the height of the proposed structure shall not exceed two <br />stories or 32 feet as measured from the midpoint of the roof peak. <br /> <br />3.10 The submitted lighting plan, dated March 6, 2000, has been reviewed <br />and has been found to conform to Section 1010.12 of the Roseville Zoning <br />Ordinance. Specifically the plan indicates lights eight feet height located on <br />the outside of the drive land, shining inward toward the parking lot. The <br />requirement no more than a 1/2 foot-candle is proposed to be achieved a point <br />approximately 15 feet from parking or drive lane areas. <br /> <br /> <br />3.11 Staff has determined the 278 off-street parking spaces indicated on the site plan <br />to be adequate for the site. The City Code does not specifically address <br />requirements for golf courses. Staff has calculated the required parking in the <br />following manner: <br /> <br />Six spaces for each of the 18 holes of golf or 108 off-street parking stalls. <br /> <br />Five (5) spaces for each 1,000 square feet of net main <br />(28,050 square feet) or 140 off-street parking stalls. <br /> <br />footage <br /> <br />The total number required by the City's calculation is 248 off-street <br />parking stalls. <br /> <br />3.12 A signage plan, if modifications or additions are proposed, must meet the City <br />Code requirements.
