The Comprehensive Plan <br />designation for this area is LR, Density Residential. <br /> <br />2.2 The development project proposed by the members of Midland Hills Country <br />Club calls for the demolition of the existing clubhouse and cart storage structure <br />and the construction of a new, more efficient, and modern clubhouse, with <br />underground cart and auxiliary storage. <br /> <br />Building Type & Location <br /> <br />2.3 The proposed clubhouse, an English Tudor design, is linear with most of the <br />activities on a single level (33,000 square feet).
