The accompanying memorandum, which describes the Police Department’s forfeiture <br />13 <br />accounts, serves as foundation. <br />14 <br />15 <br />Narcotics Forfeiture, Federal <br />The Police Department forfeiture accounts are labeled as: <br />16 <br />Equitable Sharing- Narcotics AlcoholForfeiture <br /> and. The Narcotics Forfeiture account holds <br />17 <br />funds forfeited for controlled substance offenses and other “designated offenses”, as defined in <br />18 <br />Minnesota statutes. The Federal Equitable Sharing- Narcotics account holds funds forfeited for <br />19 <br />federal controlled substance violations.
