<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Grace <br />Church Roseville a 12 foot variance to Section l009.03M of the Roseville City Code for a <br />replacement sign along Hamline Avenue and a 15 foot variance to Section 1009.03M of the <br />Roseville City Code for a replacement sign along County Road B2 for property at 1310 County <br />Road B2, based on the findings in Section 5 and of the project report dated December 16,2002 <br />and subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />a. The verification of the west and north property lines prior to the issuance of a sign <br />permit. <br /> <br />b. The sign along County Road B2 being limited to a zero property line setback <br /> <br />c. The sign along Hamline Avenue being limited to a three foot setback. <br /> <br />d. Both signs being limited to a maximum signage area of 50 square feet and a maximum <br />sign height of 8 feet. <br /> <br />e. The review and approval of a sign permit consistent with the approved variance and <br />plans. <br /> <br />f. The sign meeting all other applicable Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Schroeder and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Klausing, <br />Kough, Schroeder, Maschka, Kysylyczyn <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
