2 <br /> The City Manager of the City of Roseville is hereby authorized to prepare a certified <br /> copy of this resolution and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, <br /> Minnesota. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br /> Etten and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe and the following voted against the same: <br /> None. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
