<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of December, 2002, at 6:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Klausing, Kough, Schroeder, Maschka, <br />Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10062 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 1 FOOT VARIANCE TO SECTION 1004.02D5 OF <br />THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />700 COUNTY ROAD B2 (pF 3443). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Richard & Joan Prokop has requested a variance to Section 1004.02D5 of <br />the Roseville City Code to allow a one foot encroachment into the required five foot side yard <br />setback; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Prokop parcel is located at 700 County Road B2 and legally described at <br /> <br />as: <br /> <br />Lot 3, Block 1, Arbell; PIn Number: 11-2923-41-0005. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1004.02D5 of the Roseville City Code requires a minimum side <br />yard setback of five feet; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Prokop proposal seeks to encroach one foot into the required side yard <br />setback; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding the <br />Prokop variance request to Section 1004.01D5 of the Roseville City Code on December 4,2002, <br />and recommended (4-2) approval of the request, based on findings outlined in Section 5 and <br />conditions of Section 6 of the project report dated December 4, 2002. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Richard <br />& Joan Prokop a one foot variance to Section 1004.01d5 of the Roseville City Code to allow an <br />attached garage four feet from a side yard property line for property at 700 County Road B2, <br />based on the findings in Section 5 and of the project report dated December 16,2002 and subject <br />to the following conditions: <br /> <br />a. All existing and proposed building and site improvements shall not exceed 4,577 square <br />feet of impervious area. <br /> <br />1 <br />
