Attachment D <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />nd <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 2 day of March 2015 at 6:00 p.m. <br />The following Members were present: ____________________________ <br />and ________were absent. <br />Council Member _______ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. ___ <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF <br />TWIN LAKES HOSPITALITY PLACE <br />(PF14-029) <br />WHEREAS, HR, LLC (subsidiary of TPI Hospitality) has applied for approval of the <br />proposed plat on property addresses at 2750 Cleveland Avenue, which parcels are legally <br />described as: <br />Outlot A of the Twin Lakes Addition <br />And WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held the public hearing regarding <br />the proposed preliminary plat on December 3, 2014, and after said public hearing the Roseville <br />Planning Commission voted to recommend approval of the proposed preliminary platbased on <br />the comments and findings of the pertinent staff report and the input from the public; and <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council, at its regular meeting on January 12, 2015 <br />received the Planning Commission’s recommendation and voted to approve the preliminary plat; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat materials have been prepared and submitted which are <br />consistent with the approved preliminary plat and reflect applicable conditions of preliminary <br />plat approval; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />final platof the subject property creating Twin Lakes Hospitality Place is <br />Minnesota, that the <br />hereby approved. <br />AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council that Twin Lakes <br />Hospitality Place shall be subject to the following conditions: <br />1. <br />The developer/applicant is responsible for coordinating grading, drainage, and storm water <br />management plans with the adjacent (south) proposed development site to potentially <br />eliminate unnecessary grade changes, portions of a retaining wall, and a steeper-than- <br />preferred joint access grade; <br />Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br />
