Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Laliberte, McGehee, Willmus, Etten and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon <br /> and City Attorney Mark Gaughan were also present. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> Councilmembers Laliberte and McGehee noted questions they had regarding several con- <br /> sent items to be addressed during discussion. <br /> McGehee moved, Etten seconded approval of the agenda as presented. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Laliberte, McGehee,Willmus, Etten and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one appeared to speak. <br /> 5. Council Communications,Reports, and Announcements <br /> Councilmember Laliberte reported on a recent League of Minnesota Cities sponsored <br /> conference she and Mayor Roe had attended that focused on public participation and au- <br /> thentic public engagement techniques and ideas. Councilmember Laliberte advised that <br /> she and Mayor Roe would be providing more details at an upcoming Community En- <br /> gagement Commission meeting, and also bring some ideas and options forward to their <br /> City Council colleagues at a future Worksession. <br /> Mayor Roe announced that the second Twin Lakes public informational meeting that <br /> would provide results from a recent community survey originally scheduled on February <br /> 18, 2015 had been rescheduled to February 25, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. due to several schedule <br /> conflicts. <br /> Mayor Roe announced several free upcoming self-sufficiency workshops sponsored by <br /> Keystone Community Services at the Ramsey County Library — Roseville Branch; with <br /> additional information available at ehayne@keystoneservices.or or by calling Eric Jayne <br /> at 651/797-7009. <br /> Mayor Roe announced the 19th annual Roseville Home and Garden Fair, hosted by the <br /> Roseville Housing & Redevelopment Authority, scheduled for February 21, 2015 from <br />
