Regular City Council Meeting <br /> Monday, February 23, 2015 <br /> Page 33 <br /> how best to proceed and which project option was supported in general, after <br /> which time neighborhood feedback would be sought. <br /> Asart of that, Mayor Roe noted the City Council's need to understand any de- <br /> velopment agreement before making a final determination in one way or the oth- <br /> er, for which he thought the neighborhood should also provide feedback. <br /> Councilmember Willmus noted the need for GMHC to provide proformas for <br /> both proposals for the benefit of the City Council and neighborhood. <br /> City Manager Trudgeon suggested a special City Council meeting for only this <br /> topic to allow sufficient time and consideration for all parties rather than part of a <br /> larger meeting agenda. <br /> Mayor Roe concurred, speaking in support of the sooner the better, as long as rea- <br /> sonable notice could be provided to allow the most participation. <br /> At the request of Councilmember McGehee, Mayor Roe clarified that the HRA <br /> would need to meet first to discuss selling property to the City Council before <br /> athis matter could come back before the City Council. <br /> Councilmember Laliberte asked that the meetings be scheduled as close together <br /> as possible to keep the process moving. <br /> At the request of Councilmember Willmus, Ms. Olson and Mr. Buelow confirmed <br /> their clear understanding of the next steps and tonight's action by the City Coun- <br /> cil. <br /> 15.
