City of Roseville <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1477 <br /> AN ORDINANCE <br /> AMENDING TITLE 8, SECTION 802.04, SECTION 802.06, SECTION <br /> 802.08, SECTION 802.11, SECTION 802.12, AND SECTION 802.13 <br /> THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1: Title 8, Section 802 of the Roseville City Code is amended to <br /> read as follows: <br /> 802.01: General Operation <br /> 802.02: Supervision <br /> 802.03: Connection Required <br /> 802.04: Application for Sewer Connection <br /> 802.05: Revocation of Contractor License <br /> 802.06: Construction Requirements <br /> 802.07: Use of Certain Buildings Restricted <br /> 802.08: Prohibited Discharges <br /> 802.09: Tampering Prohibited <br /> 802.10: Certain Connections Prohibited <br /> 802.11: Entry upon Private Property <br /> 802.12: Rates and Charges <br /> 802.13: Industrial User Strength Charges <br /> 802.14: Transport and Dumping of Sewage <br /> 802.01: GENERAL OPERATION: <br /> The entire Municipal sanitary sewer system shall be operated as a public utility and <br /> convenience from which revenues will be derived, subject to the provisions of this <br /> Chapter. (Ord. 218, 9-4-56) <br /> 802.02: SUPERVISION: <br /> The Chief Code Enforcement Officer shall supervise all house sewer connections made to <br /> the Municipal sanitary sewer system and excavations for the purpose of installing or <br /> repairing the same.
