EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting ofthe City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 13th day of January, 2003, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Klausing, Kough, Schroeder, Maschka and Kysylyczyn and the following members were absent: none. Member Schroeder introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 10068 RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORTS ON 2003 IMPROVEMENTS AND ORDERING PUBLIC HEARINGS BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted October 14, 2002, the Council directed the City Engineer to prepare preliminary reports as to the feasibility of the proposed improvements: P-03-02 2003 Pavement Management Program Neighborhood 61 W. Victoria Service Drive (Sandhurst Avenue to dead end) Neighborhood 68 Pineview Court (Dale Court to cul-de-sac) 2. The City Engineer was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvements and as to whether such improvements should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimates have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvements proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report are designated as Improvements P-03-02, Neighborhoods 61 and 68. 3. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on February 10, 2003, at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvements under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place, and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Pioneer Press, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing. 4. The notice shall be in substantially the following form: (see attachments). 5. The general nature, estimated cost and area proposed to be assessed for Improvements P- 03-02, Neighborhoods 61 and 68 is determined to be as stated in the foregoing notice, as fully as though the same were separately set forth and resolved herein
