The proposal is for a menu of options and what ECHO is
51 able to fundraise would be for the parts of the project it is able to accomplish. The most
52 important piece is the video for use with our new immigrant residents.
44A4
54 Lillian McDonald the Executive Director from ECHO will be available to answer any questions
55 you have.
56
57 Staff Recommendation:
44A4
59 Staff recommends that the RHRA Board provide $10,000 of seed money for the development of
60 visual materials to help various populations that are living in Roseville.
61
62 Suggested RHRA Action:
44A4
64 Motion to provide $10,000 of assistance towards ECHOs proposal.
44A4
66
Prepared by: Jeanne Kelsey, RHRA Housing Program Manager (651) 792-7086
67
68
Attachment A: ECHO information
69
B: Proposal from ECHO
70
ECHO Financial Participation February 17, 2015
