Agenda 2.a. - Attachment B <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />IN AND FOR THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Housing and <br />Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was <br />th <br />duly called and held at the City Hall on Tuesday, the 17 day of February, 2015, at 6:00 p.m.. <br />The following members were present: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> Commissioner ___________ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution No. 59 <br />Resolution of the Board <br />Of Commissioners of the Housing and <br />Redevelopment Authority in and for the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, Appointing <br />Officers and Affirming By-Laws for 2015 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners (the "Board") of the Housing and <br />Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "Authority"), as <br />follows: <br />1. Recitals. All things required by the applicable provisions of the Municipal <br />Housing and Redevelopment Act, Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.001 to 469.047, have <br />been duly taken in order to create, constitute, and activate the Authority. <br />2. By-Laws. The By-Laws which are attached to and made a part of this <br />resolution as Exhibit A are hereby affirmed as the By-Laws of the Authority. <br />3. Appointment of Officers. In accordance with the By-Laws of the <br />Authority hereby adopted, the Board hereby appoints to the following offices of the <br />Authority the following persons, respectively: <br />Chairman: Dean Maschka <br /> Vice Chairman: Vicki Lee <br />Secretary: William Majerus <br /> Executive Director: Jeanne Kelsey <br />th <br /> Adopted by the Board of the Authority this 17 day of February, 2015. <br /> <br />
