<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 10th day of February, 2003, at 7:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kough, Maschka, Schroeder and Kysylyczyn; with <br />Councilmember Klausing arriving at 5:32 p.m. and the following were absent: none. <br />Member Schroeder introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 10073 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS P-ST-03-02, <br />NEIGHBORHOODS 61 & 68 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of the City of Roseville adopted January 22,2001, <br />fixed a date for a public hearing on Projects P-ST-03-02, Neighborhood 61 & 68 and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that <br />in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council <br />held a public hearing on February 10, 2003, to consider the proposed construction of Projects <br />P-ST-03-02, Neighborhood 61 & 68 consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, concrete <br />curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances on <br />all that property abutting: <br />Neighborhood 61 <br /> <br />Neighborhood 68 <br /> <br />W. Victoria Service Drive (Sandhurst Avenue to dead end) <br />Pineview Court (Dale Court to cul-de-sac) <br /> <br />as described in the Notice of Hearings at a cost presently estimated at $179,747.86 and <br />substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now <br />on file in the office of the City Manager; at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an <br />opportunity to be heard thereon, and having considered the views of all interested persons, the <br />Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and <br />financed and that all streets be constructed substantially as recommended in the feasibility report. <br />The City Engineer for the project is directed to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans <br />and specifications for the improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Kough and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Kough, Klausing, Maschka, <br />Schroeder and Kysylyczyn and the following voted against the same: none. <br />
