NOTICE OF PUBLIC <br /> HEARING <br /> HOUSING AND <br /> REDEVELOPMENT <br /> AUTHORITY IN AND FOR <br /> THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, <br /> MINNESOTA <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN <br /> that the Board of Commissioners <br /> (the "Board") of the Housing and <br /> Redevelopment Authority in and for <br /> the City of Roseville,Minnesota(the <br /> "HRA"), will hold a public hearing <br /> on Tuesday, March 31, 2015, at <br /> or after 6:00 P.M. at the Roseville <br /> City Council Chambers in City Hall, <br /> 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, <br /> Minnesota, to consider a proposal <br /> for the conveyance of land located <br /> in the City of Roseville, Minnesota <br /> (the"City")and legally described as <br /> Lots 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22, Block <br /> 1, O'Neil's Addition, according to <br /> the recorded plat thereof, Ramsey <br /> County,Minnesota,to the City. <br /> The proposed terms of the <br /> conveyance are available for review <br /> by the public at the office of the <br /> Executive Director of the HRA at <br /> Roseville City Hall on and after the <br /> date of this notice. <br /> At the time and place fixed for the <br /> public hearing,the Board will give all <br /> persons who appear at the hearing <br /> an opportunity to express their views <br /> with respect to the proposal.
