<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />ofRoseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 24th day of February, <br />2003 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kough, Klausing, Maschka, Schroeder and <br />Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Kysylyczyn introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 10075 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING RESIDENTIAL PARK DEDICATION FEES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Roseville City Code Section 1103.07(D) establishes residential park <br />dedication fees, and provides that the Council shall adjust those fees at least every five <br />years; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, the residential park dedication fees established by Roseville Code Section <br />1103.07(D) are amended as follows: <br /> <br />Old Fee <br /> <br />New Fee <br /> <br />per single family lot <br />per townhouse or duplex unit <br />per unit for multi-family structures <br />with 3 or more units <br /> <br />$500 <br />$400 <br /> <br />$1000 <br />$1000 <br /> <br />$350 <br /> <br />$1000 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member <br />Schroeder and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Kough, Klausing, Maschka, Schroeder and Kysylyczyn. <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
