<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 24th day of February, <br />2003 at 6:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kough, Klausing, Maschka, Schroeder and <br />Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: none <br /> <br />Member Kysylyczyn introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 10076 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL PARK <br />DEDIC A TION FEES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Roseville City Code Section 1103.07(D) establishes commercial/industrial <br />park dedication fees, and provides that the Council shall review those fees annually; the <br />fee shall be 5% of the unimproved land as determined by the Ramsey County Assessor <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statues section 273.17; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, the residential park dedication fees established by Roseville Code Section <br />1103.07(D) is amended as follows: <br /> <br />Old Fee <br /> <br />New Fee <br /> <br />Commercial/ Industrial <br /> <br />4% FMV <br /> <br />5% FMV <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member <br />Schroeder and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Kough, Klausing, Maschka, Schroeder and Kysylyczyn. <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
