Attachment D EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VARIANCE BOARD OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a public hearing was held at the regular meeting of the st Variance Board of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, on the 1 day of April, 2015, at 5:30 p.m. The following members were present: and the following members absent: Variance Board Member ………… introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: VB RESOLUTION NO. 112 A RESOLUTION APPROVING VARIANCES TO §1010.07.A3 (SIZE) AND §1010.07.A4 (DURATION) OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE AT 2048 HAMLINE AVENUE (PF15-003) WHEREAS, City Code §1010.07 provides specific requirements for temporary signs; and WHEREAS, City Code §1010.07.A.3 includes a size limitation for all temporary signs of 32 square feet; and WHEREAS, City Code §1010.07.A.4 includes a duration time line for all Temporary signs; and WHEREAS, St. Rose of Lima, property owners of 2048 Hamline Avenue, have requested th to City Code §1010.07.A.3 and 1010.07.A 4 to allow the installation of 2-75 VARIANCES Anniversary signs to promote their jubilee of September 18, 2015.
