Rules are new & need time to comply like SD in bedrooms and LR <br />with bed, we were not aware about this code. From last 10 years <br />section 8 MHR inspectors never mentioned anything about it. <br />3. All units and buildings were inspected completely according to <br />guidelines provided with the contractors, fixing /replacing <br />❑ Electric Contractor - SD, CO, lights, electrical issues <br />❑ Screens contractors <br />❑ windows contractors <br />❑ painting contractors <br />4. We still insist on yearly inspection, because of weather it is not <br />practical to do any outside work during 6-7 month of the winter. <br />5. You can't ignore the facts that rnost tenants are refugees who have <br />hard time adjusting in US and do not speak English. In spite of <br />regular yneeting with tenants, KOM, their understanding is very <br />slow. <br />6. List of improvements made are huge investments, all major issues <br />were resolved like window replacement, parking lot, screens etc <br />7. En�ironment improvements cannot be ignored, which eventually <br />become health issues and will be more critical. <br />8. Paint on the outlet is neithe� an operational issue nor a fire ha�ard. <br />We do not use lead paint. Fire Marshall did not point out the outlets. <br />9. Things break down everyday, unless reported by tenants, no way for <br />the management to know about it. We can't harass tenants for <br />inspections everyday. <br />
