Violations fixed and showed to inspector during inspections ❑ 1740 garage Roof was fixed in less then 12 hours, city inspector came and verified ❑ 221 Building laundry room dryer vent was connected as soon as inspector mentioned. ❑ 1740 Marion St - Unsealed opening in brick exterior was %xed right away ❑ 1750 building unsealed opening, TPR discharge tube, open socket in electrical panel was done less then 12 hours ❑ 1735 Woodbridge ct open socket in electrical panel was fixed right away. 6. No life safety violation, 99% Petty items are mentioned in report ❑ Painted Outlets, not a fire hazard, never mentioned by Fire Marshal ❑ Paint Peeling, no lead in any paint ❑ Screws penetrating duct ❑ Small debris outside ❑ Banner on 175 building We can understand if we are a"D" property because of life safety violations but giving us D ranking because of small items is not fair. 75% Repairs mentioned in reports have been fixed already. There are violations which can't be corrected right away or before July 2015 because of weather such as fixing garage panels, garage doors, painting soffit, fixing dumpster enclosure, growing grass etc. If city inspect our building again in 6 months we wouldn't get enough time to work on these violations and we will get D License again. We are therefore appealing that type of license should be corrected as soon as possible. We request you to postpone 6 month (06/30/2015) inspection and waive license fee till December 2016 or later.
