<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, 17th day of March, 2003, at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Schroeder, Klausing and Kough and the following <br />members were absent: Maschka and Kysylyczyn. <br /> <br />Member Schroeder introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10080 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGENCY AGREEMENTS <br />AUTHORIZING DELEGATED CONTRACT PROCESS <br />FOR FEDERAL AID PROJECTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rose vi lIe, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Larpenteur Avenue Sidewalk Project will be funded in part by a Federal <br />transportation grant; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, Mn/DOT uses the Delegated Contract Process (DCP) to streamline the <br />process and allow local agencies to let and administer construction contracts for Federal Aid <br />projects; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, Mn/DOT acts as the City's agent through the DCP to accept federal funds <br />for the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, the <br />adoption of a resolution that approves an Agency Agreement between Mn/DOT and the City <br />ofRoseville to utilize the Delegated Contract Process for Federal Aid projects. <br /> <br />The motion was duly seconded by Kough and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: Schroeder, Klausing and Kough and the following voted against: <br />none. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
