Introductions <br />2. Public Comment Invited <br />3. Approval of Minutes of the February 3, 2015 Meeting <br />Enclosed is a copy of the minutes of February 3, 2015. Please be prepared to approve or <br />amend. <br />Requested Commission Action: Approve/amend meeting minutes of February 3, 2015 <br />4. Deer Population Discussion <br />This item is continued from the February, 2015 meeting where the Commission received <br />additional background information and had further discussion. Reflected in the minutes are <br />comments made by residents that attended the meeting. <br />Included in your packet is a draft deer population report to the City Council with a number <br />of attachments. <br />There is a placeholder on the Monday March 9, 2015 City Council meeting for you to <br />provide them with your findings. <br />Requested Commission Action: Determine if any additional information is needed, <br />consider final report and prepare for joint meeting on March 9, 2015. <br />5. Park and Recreation Renewal Program Status <br />Included in your packet is an updated matrix of Renewal Program projects and current <br />status. It is a continued tool designed to provide a snapshot of progress for the staff, <br />Commission, City Council and Community. <br />Any additional progress on the Renewal Program will be reported at the meeting. <br />Requested Commission Action: Discuss progress and provide input <br />6. Election of Chair and Vice Chair <br />This is the time to elect the Chair and Vice -Chair for the upcoming year.
