EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting ofthe City Council ofthe City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on the 31st day of March, 2003, at 6:00 p.m. The following members were present: Kysylyczyn, Kough, Klausing, Maschka and Schroeder and the following members were absent: None Member Kysylyczyn introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 10087 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SIGNATURES BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of Roseville, as follows: WHEREAS, the City of Roseville operates an owner occupied housing loan program that generates significant community benefits and also significant paperwork including loan satisfaction and loan subordination documents (the City Housing Loan Program), AND WHEREAS, these loan satisfaction and loan subordination documents must often be signed on short notice due to real estate closings and state law, AND WHEREAS, it would be more expedient to allow the Community Development Director or his designee to sign all loan satisfaction and loan subordination documents associated with the City Housing Loan Program rather than the Mayor and City Manager, NOW, THEREFORE, until a subsequent Resolution amends or rescinds this Resolution, the City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby authorize the Community Development Director or his designee to execute all loan satisfaction and loan subordination documents associated with the City Housing Loan Program described above in lieu of signatures from the Mayor and City Manager on said documents. The City Manager of the City of Roseville is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Kysylyczyn, Kough, Klausing, Maschka and Schroeder, and the following voted against the same: none. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
