EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, 7th day of April, 2003, at 7:00 p.m. The following members were present: Klausing, Maschka, Schroeder, Kough and Kysylyczyn and the following members were absent: none. Member Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 10088 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PETITION TO INSTALL STREET LIGHTS ON OAKCREST AVENUE, BETWEEN PRIOR AVENUE AND FAlRVIEW AVENUE, AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: WHEREAS, a petition requesting an improvement in the City of Roseville by the installation of street lights on Oakcrest Avenue, between Prior Avenue and Fairview A venue filed with the Council on April 7, 2003, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statues, Section 429.035. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: That the petition be referred to the City Engineer for study and that a report is prepared for the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption ofthe foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Klausing, Maschka, Schroeder, Kough and Kysylyczyn and the following voted against the same: none. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
