<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, 7th day of April, 2003, at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Klausing, Maschka, Schroeder, Kough and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following members were absent: none. <br /> <br />Member Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10088 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PETITION TO <br />INSTALL STREET LIGHTS ON OAKCREST AVENUE, <br />BETWEEN PRIOR AVENUE AND FAlRVIEW AVENUE, <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a petition requesting an improvement in the City of Roseville by the installation <br />of street lights on Oakcrest Avenue, between Prior Avenue and Fairview A venue filed with <br />the Council on April 7, 2003, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of <br />owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statues, Section 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: That the petition be referred to the City Engineer for study and <br />that a report is prepared for the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it <br />should best be made as proposed and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption ofthe foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Maschka and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Klausing, Maschka, <br />Schroeder, Kough and Kysylyczyn and the following voted against the same: none. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
